As you all know, Baptist has been helping Giorgios Bakatsias open his new restaurant "Giorgio" in Cary, NC. After the groundwork for the kitchen was done, Baptist went on to a new venture, to become the new Executive Chef of "Spice Street" in Chapel Hill.
Your favorite staff, Chris, James and Elizabeth are now members of the "Giorgio" staff in Cary.
Fried Olives, Scallops and Fried Green Tomatoes, and even an occasional Tomato Sorbet are available at "Spice Street" in Chapel Hill.
In the mean while, we will be selling of our inventory in Morehead City.
